There is something so delicious about slow cooked meals after a long day at work.
So for me they usually start off like this… 6am wake up, 6.30am finish breaky, 7.00am finish making lunches, 7.15am finish putting all ingredients in the slow cooker to cook away all day while I’m at work!
Sure, these meals do require organisation. All veggies chopped the night before, fried off in the morning before putting it all into the slow cooker for the day.
The chopping of veggies and the fry probably only take a total of 30mins!
It’s totally worth it!
All ingredients are GF of course 😉
